1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VocabMaster ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on VocabMaster for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on VocabMaster
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate other users or persons
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

5. Student Work and Content

Students retain ownership of their original vocabulary responses and creative work. By submitting work to the Platform, students grant VocabMaster a license to display, store, and use the content for educational purposes within the Platform.

6. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers agree to:

• Use student data and work only for educational purposes
• Provide constructive feedback in a professional manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of student information
• Not share student data with unauthorized third parties

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VocabMaster or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
